These terms govern your use of PULSE Studio. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. What Studio provides

PULSE Studio provides a social media publishing application, API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for AI agents. You and your authorized agents can draft, schedule, and request publication to connected social networks. You can bring your own images and videos; importing your own media does not require paid AI generation. Optional Studio Create features use credits.

Features depend on the permissions you grant, supported media formats, platform approvals, and third-party availability. A saved draft or accepted schedule is not proof that a social network has published a post.

2. Plans, trial, and billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The available monthly plans and Studio Create credit allowances are:

A 3-day free trial is available. The checkout explains when paid billing begins, the billing period, and any applicable taxes. Unused monthly Studio Create credits do not roll over. Bring-your-own media importing, scheduling, and publishing do not consume Create credits.

Paid subscriptions renew under the terms shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access follows the remaining subscription period shown in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Any future billing options or price changes will be disclosed before they apply.

3. Your account, connected accounts, and content

Keep your account details accurate and credentials secure. You must own, or have permission to manage, each social account you connect. You retain ownership of your content and must have the rights needed to upload and publish it. You grant Studio a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for instructions issued by your authorized AI agents, publication choices, and compliance with each connected platform's terms. Review your destination account, media, caption, and scheduled time before approving publication. You must meet the minimum age required by the service and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Studio for spam, harassment, unlawful or infringing content, deceptive activity, unauthorized account access, or abuse of connected platforms. Do not bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or security concerns.

5. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or when necessary to protect the service. Before cancelling or disconnecting an account, review and cancel any scheduled posts you no longer want delivered. Subscription cancellation does not retract published content or, by itself, request deletion of stored data.

Scheduled posts depend on continued account access and working platform authorization. They may not run after access ends or a connection is removed. An account deletion request covers pending schedules, drafts, uploaded media, stored authorization tokens, and associated personal information, as explained in our data deletion instructions. Posts already published remain on the social platform until you remove them there.

6. Availability and disclaimers

Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publication, or any business outcome. Platforms may change their APIs, permissions, limits, or policies. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulse and Prosper LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limits do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the state or federal courts in Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and update date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
