Pulse and Prosper LLC ("Pulse and Prosper," "we," "us," or "our") operates PULSE Studio, a social media management application that lets users connect their social media accounts and compose, schedule, and publish content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create a PULSE Studio account, we collect your name and email address.
1.2 Connected Social Accounts
To publish on your behalf, you authorize PULSE Studio through each platform's official OAuth flow (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky). Through these authorizations we receive and store:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for your connected accounts
- Basic profile information made available by each platform (such as account name, username, and account ID)
- For TikTok specifically: basic user profile information (
user.info.basic) as permitted by the TikTok Login Kit
We do not receive or store your social media passwords.
1.3 Content You Create
We store the content you compose in PULSE Studio — text, images, video, captions, hashtags, scheduling preferences, and publishing history — so the service can publish and report on it.
1.4 Usage Data
We collect standard technical data about how you use the service (such as log data, device information, and feature usage) to operate, secure, and improve PULSE Studio.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service: publishing and scheduling your content to the social accounts you connected, at your direction
- Operate automations you configure (such as keyword-triggered comment replies and direct messages)
- Generate tracking links and publishing reports you request
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot
- Communicate with you about your account and the service
TikTok data use: Information obtained through TikTok's APIs (including profile information via Login Kit and video content via the Content Posting API) is used solely to provide the features you requested — signing in with TikTok and uploading, drafting, scheduling, or publishing videos to your connected TikTok account. We do not use TikTok user data for advertising, and we do not sell TikTok user data.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- With the platforms you connect: publishing your content inherently transmits it to the social platform you selected (e.g., TikTok, Meta, YouTube). Each platform's own privacy policy governs their handling of that content once published.
- With service providers: hosting, infrastructure, and other vendors that help us operate PULSE Studio, bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- For legal reasons: if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect the social account in PULSE Studio, at which point tokens for that connection are deleted.
- Account and content data is retained while your account is active.
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting pulseandprosper2@gmail.com. We will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact pulseandprosper2@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
PULSE Studio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of PULSE Studio after changes constitutes acceptance.
